‘Extraordinary failure’: Douglas Murray rails on Conservative Party ahead of UK election

Author Douglas Murray says a Labour victory in the upcoming UK election would show the Conservative Party’s “extraordinary failure” to do what the British public has asked. “The conservatives look set to have a historic defeat.

There's even polls this week that would put them as the third party in parliament beneath the Liberal Democrats,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “This would give a thumping majority of the Labour Party, even bigger than the Blair landslide in 1997.” The Conservatives didn't fail to do what the people tasked them to do, they refused to do it.

Tony Blair did a good, proper job on the country. Out of 5 Tory PMs, not one had sufficient spine to be able to reverse his catastrophic policies. They simply continued on what he initiated for their own benefit, the very definition of weakness. All Brits, including Labour and Tory traditional voters, need to throw out both cheeks of UNI-Party and vote massively for REFORM. Reform cannot do any worse than the Labs and Cons for the last 25 years.
