She robbed the biological father of his rights. She did what was best for HER. She is very arrogant and disrespectful. He has every right to react this way. I’m surprised he was as calm as he was.Purposefully faking paternity should be a crime. It's theft of the non-father's time, energy, resources and, depending on the age/sexual reproductive health of the man, on his future ability to successfully progenate.

Furthermore, the emotional toll this will have on this man after 11 years of him loving and nurturing a father/child relationship and then having it snatched away is unthinkable. She should be publicly shamed, legally charged and have to pay financially too.
