Thousands of Cars Could Have Been Submerged in a 5-Mile Tunnel in China. Water conservancy expert Wang Weiluo told Simone Gao why Zhengzhou’s $7 billion water control system turned out to be lethal.
This is so sad and so devastating. My prayers are with the people of China in that affected areas.
