On July 20, Zhengzhou City in Henan Province, China, was hit by an extreme rainstorm that was unseen for centuries. A video showed hundreds of passengers were trapped in a subway train in Zhengzhou City’s No.5 Line.

The water inside the car was up to their chests and people could hardly breathe. A passenger called for help by phone.
