No Atheists
In A Foxhole

Rudyard Kipling

" “When you're left wounded on
Afganistan's plains and

the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle

and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier”
General Douglas MacArthur

" “We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”

“It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.”
“Old soldiers never die; they just fade away.
“The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace,
for he must suffer and be the deepest wounds and scars of war.”
“May God have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't .”
“The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.

“Nobody ever defended, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.
“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died.
Rather we should thank God that such men lived.
The Soldier stood and faced God
Which must always come to pass
He hoped his shoes were shining
Just as bright as his brass
"Step forward you Soldier,
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My Church have you been true?"
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't
Because those of us who carry guns
Can't always be a saint."
I've had to work on Sundays
And at times my talk was tough,
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny
That wasn't mine to keep.
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep,
The Soldier squared his shoulders and said
And I never passed a cry for help
Though at times I shook with fear,
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here,
Lord, It needn't be so grand,
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't, I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod
As the Soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, you Soldier,
You've borne your burden well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in Hell."

What is Muslim-friendly conduct anyway? By Commander S THAYAPARAN (Retired) Royal Malaysian Navy
Monday, May 27, 2024

Malaysiakini : “And the distinction between violent and non-violent action is that the former is exclusively bent upon the destruction of the old, and the latter is chiefly concerned with the establishment of something new.”

- German-American historian and philosopher Hannah Arendt

COMMENT | Kudos to Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng for getting in the business of the Terengganu government when it issued a fine for a beach party where there were no bikinis, alcohol and apparently no Muslims.

All of which makes the fine by the Terengganu government even more mendacious because this had nothing to do with the Muslim community but they found a way to penalise a non-Muslim enterprise carrying out a party on private property anyway.

State Tourism, Culture, Environment, and Climate Change Committee chairperson Razali Idris claimed that Summer Bay Resorts were found to have breached many regulations including “ethics” and “Muslim-friendly conduct” in the state.

Now this is the first time I have heard about this idea of “Muslim-friendly conduct”. What exactly is Muslim-friendly conduct and how exactly do non-Muslims in Terengganu adhere to it?

Is this Muslim-friendly conduct codified? How exactly would a non-Muslim know if he or she had breached this conduct?

So just to be clear here. Someone posted something on social media about an event which had nothing to do with Muslims and was held on private property and the state decided to intervene and sanction them because it goes against, among other regulations, Muslim-friendly conduct?

Read the article in full here.....

Dummies Dhimmi : In Malaysia being Muslim mostly means being anti non-Muslim. The Madani government fumble, trips and corrects itself in favor of exactly what they were not voted for.

They were voted for, by the way lest we forget, not only to tend to economic progress but to be a fairer and equitable government for all people in the face of extreme Islamization and stem it by having a better narrative. Failed !!

OCT : It is always the case that NM must respect Muslim friendly conduct at all times. It is atrocious and bullying of the majority 2R to prosecute NM for the slightest infraction without mercy and unforgiving. Muslim friendly conduct has never been defined and passed into law.

It is very subjective and interpreted differently by different authorities. It is akin to cari pasal if they don't like your face or look. No wonder no businesses would want to invest in a place that is ruled by Islamic Syariah laws. It is getting worse for NM to live a life based on their culture and customs anymore.

The constitution is under threat. The judge verdict becomes questionable. It seems Syariah laws are higher than constitutional laws. The UG is helping them to achieve its result. All those pledges that NM rights are protected are hogwash. Erosion of NM rights is no more IF but WHEN. See how serious, pitiful and desolate NM is becoming.

Optimus : These brainwashed MMs are real busybodies and have nothing productive to do but are almost always meddlers into nons' daily lives. Leave the nons alone! If have nothing to do, ask your PAS to charter a flight to fight in Gaza. Brainless to be still wondering why there is widespread Islamophobia.

Anon Two : So if a non-muslim football team beats a muslim team, will this be considered as “Muslim-UNfriendly conduct” and the results then nullified?

OBSERVER from Space : Indeed another article that highlights the disgusting behaviour of some!!! Can we ask the Inland Revenue to highlight in the press how much money is collected from Income Tax (Non Muslim Contributors) and how much is collected from Zakat ( Muslim Contributors). Then can PAS encourage level playing fields or just don’t touch money from the infidels!!!!

darmakochi : Another reason could be some Ms are jealous when some NMs are having a good time in a private place. So the best they can do is to protest and make it a big issue.

They follow the selfish principle - According to my religion if I cannot then all the others of different beliefs and religions MUST also cannot do. What an infantile lot! Only children behave like that! Cheers!!!

FitnessPro : The way that the PAS government handle their states and the behaviour of some of these Muslims are driving investors and prosperity away. As time progresses, it is quite clear to me that Malaysians are divided into two very obvious and contrasting parallel.

The PAS government and all its followers are hell-bent on driving Malaysia backwards to live in caves, to think primitive thoughts only, to not pursue after growth and progress. This is spoken by their action when they intrude into private properties such as hotel premises and shop premises and began abusing their authorities to fine and to penalise.

The non-M's will never vote for them. The progressive Malaysians on the other hand, are working hard not only to survive, but to remain competitive in the global stage. These Malaysians innovate, initiate, inspire and involve themselves in things that bring them successes.

Mind you, when these Malaysians succeed, they bring along their companions, partners, employees, and everyone in the supply chain together. All those involved indirectly enjoy their successes too. In our Malaysian narrative, when some non-M achieve even some slight successes, the M's will come condemning and witch-hunting.

They will look for trouble and cause hardships and now, the boycott trend has started among the M's towards anything the non-M's do. When an investor in Hong Kong or Taiwan or US reads about the situation in Malaysia, will they bring their investment here, after looking at how these self-righteous PAS and its followers behave and condemn at every possible opportunity?

Recently, Shell has announced they are leaving Malaysia. We know that Goodyear will leave Malaysia officially as of next month. Will there be anymore economic giants leaving us? These are tell-tale signs that something is just not right with us. Worst, when world economic ranking is showing that Indonesia and Vietnam who used to tail us, are now surpassing us.

We may come up with excuses to defend our "face", but truth is truth. Malaysia is no longer an attractive nation. Will tourists plan on coming here to visit our beautiful God-given beaches? With the way PAS manages the states they govern, they may spend their money to go to Bali instead. I know the M's and some politicians will not be able to see this truth.

After all, truth hurts. And after all, their goal is not economic prosperity for the nation. Their goal is economic prosperity for themselves. Yes, these are accusations, but these are accusations in the public court of opinions. They have yet to vindicate themselves and yet to prove us wrong. Something is seriously wrong. Do we dare to examine ourselves properly and honestly?

YL Lai : Stupidity have no limits. Langkawi, now Lang Tengah, soon Redang & Kapas (if not already), Tioman. So who will come to Malaysia for vacation? Then Resorts close down, people lost jobs. Who to be blame? By then they cry fouls, Federal Government never do anything. This is what people voted for, so the people suffers their own choice.

Vent : This isn't stupidity. It is willful racist bigotism sanctioned by the state apparatus that appears to have the blessings of the Madani government!
