The Soldier stood and faced God

Saifuddin: We want Anwar to serve second term as PM

Malaysiakini : PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail is hopeful that Anwar Ibrahim will serve a second term as prime minister. “Now
he is in his first term, insyaAllah, now there is clarity. To enter a
second term, that is our dream,” he said in an episode of the “Keluar
Sekejap” podcast that aired yesterday.
Commenting on Anwar’s
health, he said except for a shoulder and back injury, the Pakatan
Harapan chairperson was in “tip-top” shape. “He’s even healthier than I am,” Saifuddin said.
Anwar was sworn in as Malaysia’s 10th prime minister in November 2022
after successfully cobbling together a post-election coalition
government, with former arch-rival BN as a key partner. However, the PKR president’s time helming Putrajaya has not been smooth sailing.
Vent : I'm going to repost a comment I made some time ago with a minor change on the man who claimed to be PM.for all. For some back story I was his contemporary in MU.
"The last laugh must surely be with some of us who have despised Anwar from the word Go! From his smarmy smile to his duplicitous responses, laboured English prose, pseudo intellectualism and the constant burnishing of his Islamic credentials and incipient racism he was nothing but a sham in my eyes and I'm certain in many others' eyes too.
But there is cold comfort in saying I told you so. The gullible fell for him including a power hungry DAP and here we are today neither here nor there. Just stuck in the Madani Muslim muck!"
IndigoSwan6963 : Stop counting the eggs before they are hatched lah. You can dictate but God decides lah. Suggest you start to reflect as an ordinary citizen/Malaysians. What have AI done ? Has he fulfilled his promises on reforms?
Is he the leader that gains the respects from all or just from PKR? Is he a true leader or waiting for signals to do the needy.? Is he a PM for all or just a PM for the MM only. Why must we support a terror group like Hamas who use Palestinians as human shields.
What has he contributed to build a united Malaysia? Right now, the socks issue , he cannot even handle it. Foreign investors are pulling out their investment one by one and out of the country into our neighbours. So far, I see nothing but full of rhetorics.
The cabinet that he established is full of incompetent Ministers like you. You lack the capacity and you lack the zeal. It is Ministers like you that will help the Harapan Government go down the memory lane. This is the bitter pill for all the supporters to swallow. Do you think, we need him for another term?
Ranjit Singh Malhi : AI has shown his true colours as PMX. He is untrustworthy: champions a "Malaysia for All Malaysians" but in reality is a hardcore MM. He sorely lacks credibility which is the linchpin of leadership.
AI also lacks the drive, courage and competence to be the driving force in building a united, secular and progressive Malaysia.
History will remember him as "tin kosong" and "kaki kelentong". And, of course, he doesn't have my vote.
