1. Pencen MP dan ADUN ini siapa bayar? mengikut Akta mereka, MP dan ADUN ini layak mendapat pencen selepas berkhidmat 36 bulan sahaja.
Kami persara dari perkhidmatan awam yang berkhidmat lebih dari separuh hayat kami, pencen kami di bayar oleh KWAP dari duit kami sendiri yang kami labur dalam KWAP. adakah pencen orang politik ini di bayar oleh KWAP atau oleh pembayar cukai atau kerajaan?
2. Duit KWAP RM4 billion yang di ambil untuk anak syarikat 1MDB, iaitu SRC, mana perginya? kenapa tidak di pulang balik kepada KWAP.? Saya rasa ini adalah salah satu tanggungjawab kerajaan di bawah Perkara 147 Perlembagaan Persekutuan. kenapa hanya penjarakan pelaku/pesalahnya sahaja?
Dulu duit beli kamera AES yang mengunakan duit LTAT boleh di pulangkan kan semula, saya rasa kerajaan bertanggungjawab untuk pulangkan semula duit RM4Billion kembali kepada KWAP. Duit ini adalah kepunyaan lebih kurang 2 juta pesara Awam dan Tentera yang kebanyakan mereka hidup susah.
3. Kenapa semua kerajaan yang dulu asyik kata kerajaan tidak ada duit nak bayar pencen? Mereka meyakinkan rakyat yang pencen pesara di bayar oleh duit kerajaan dan duit pembayar cukai. Ramai pegawai Atasan kerajaan pun bercakap begitu.
Sejak saya mula berkerja saya belum pernah dengar pembayaran pencen di masukkan dalam perbentangan belanjawan negara. Ini kerana duit pencen bukan dari duit cukai pembayar cukai tetapi duit pesara sendiri yang di laburkan didalam KWAP (dulu jabatan pencen).
Jika KWAP tidak ada duit maka baru lah kerajaan bertanggungjawab mengunakan wang kerajaan dan perkara 147 PerlembagaanPersekutuanterpakai.. sila rujuk kes mahkamah Agong di India beberapa tahun yang lalu tentang tanggungjawab kerajaan mengenai pencen pesara.
