Rudyard Kipling"
“When you're left wounded on Afganistan's plains and
the women come out to cut up what remains, Just roll to your rifle
and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier”
General Douglas MacArthur"
“We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”
“It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.” “Old soldiers never die; they just fade away.
“The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and be the deepest wounds and scars of war.”
“May God have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't .” “The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.
“Nobody ever defended, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.
“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.
The Soldier stood and faced God
Which must always come to pass
He hoped his shoes were shining
Just as bright as his brass
"Step forward you Soldier,
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My Church have you been true?"
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't
Because those of us who carry guns
Can't always be a saint."
I've had to work on Sundays
And at times my talk was tough,
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny
That wasn't mine to keep.
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep,
The Soldier squared his shoulders and said
And I never passed a cry for help
Though at times I shook with fear,
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here,
Lord, It needn't be so grand,
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't, I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod
As the Soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, you Soldier,
You've borne your burden well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in Hell."
Huge support for PAS shows it's not extreme - Saifuddin N Faizal Ghazali
Friday, December 02, 2022
Huge support....
In no way purports....
Not extreme in reports....
Does not reflect racial rapport.....
One example is sports.....
Unbalanced racial participation
with imports.....
Surely a misreport.....
When full support equates to not extreme under PAS despots - Loga
Malaysiakini : A Bersatu leader has dismissed claims that the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition's ally PAS is an "extreme" party.
According to Bersatu supreme council member Saifuddin Abdullah, PN is a moderate coalition that can lead a democratic country. "I
think moderation can be achieved. We must remember that PAS fielded
non-Malay, non-Muslim candidates in the 15th general election (GE15).
"PAS also has a senator of Indian descent, so that shows PAS is not extreme," the Indera Mahkota MP (above) told reporters after a PN ceramah session at Taman Mahsuri in Padang Serai last night.
Saifuddin further stressed that the PAS administrations in Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah prove that the party is not extremist. "The
biggest Buddha statue in Southeast Asia used to be in Kelantan, while
Kedah recorded the highest foreign investment in 2021.
"These are important indications that PAS is not an extremist party as painted by certain quarters."
Malays support PAS, PN
RZee : How this man has changed is unbelievable. PAS using the words communist christianisation, faeces etc on DAP and non Malays is not extreme ? It’s ok ?
franklyspeaking : DAP also has huge support of 40 MPs in Parliament. But why DAP is extreme in eyes of PN? PAS has accused DAP for having communist agenda while Bersatu implied that PH (read DAP) has Christianisation agenda.
All these has the characteristics of hate speech, an intentional act to incite racial tension, and to polarise the society along racial and religious lines. All these extreme actions have inflicted much damage to our multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-region society..
Politics, politicians and political parties from all sides must be shameful for their extreme views, endorsing race superiority and taking discriminatory positions. Majority of the electorate has rejected such stands and narratives. Stop it!
UNDECIDED : Extreme is when PAS's top leader does not want non Muslims to hold high office in Government.
Extreme is when PAS calls DAP leaders as well as supporters as communists.
Extreme is when PAS impose restrictions to peoples livelihood by banning liquor, gambling, concerts etc
Extreme is when PAS does not follow even the Sultan of Selangor's advice on Bon Odori when he is the head of Islam.
Saifuddin, if you think the above acts are not extreme, you can also be classified as an extremist.
apanama is back : While PAS called DAP communist, I will call PAS extreme.
That non-Malay candidates for GE15 and ONE Indian senator are just a hogwash since PAS is masquerading as moderate.
The non-Malay/non-Muslim associate members are just a cosmetic dressing up.
PAS under Abdul Hadi Awang is NOT moderate. They are extreme!
