Srikandi opposes the statement made by Yeoh on Facebook yesterday, in
which she incited the people of Sabah and Sarawak by portraying that
there are parties that toy with racial and religious tension.
"The
same statement had also incited the people of Sabah and Sarawak to
reject PN, based on the photos of (coalition chairperson) Muhyiddin
Yassin, and (PAS president) Abdul Hadi Awang," it said in a statement
today.
"Yeoh's inciting statement is serious and we urge the police to investigate (the matter)."
Amid the political impasse in the country, Yeoh (above)
wrote on Facebook yesterday: "People of Sabah and Sarawak, let the
political parties who represent your interest know - that you want a
multiracial federal government in Putrajaya and not one who toys with
racial and religious tension among Malaysians."

Steven Ong : Inciting and persuading the people to unite and create a prosperous and peaceful country should be welcome and not retricted. It seem that the one complaining is the one inciting and persuading the people to be against HY. Making it as if HY is a threat to the country when what she want is to have a prosperous country for the benefit of all.in Malaysia, whether one is a Malaysian or a race.
Countries control by religious extremists cannot be peaceful and prosperous as like Iran. This fact was shown to the people of Sarawak and Sabah.
