Malaysiakini : 5.05pm: A frantic rush is happening outside the
Istana Negara as media member awaits an official announcement following
Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah's audience with
Perikatan Nasional chairperson Muhyiddin Yassin and Pakatan Harapan
chairperson Anwar Ibrahim.
Preparations are made to set up camera and audio equipment, including a "mic tree" at the dedicated area.
The weather once again turns sunny after an earlier drizzle.
Muhyiddin's car is also seen leaving the palace and the media is expecting Anwar to speak.
The Vibes : 5.18pm – Anwar has been named prime minister.
5.10pm – Muhyiddin has left Istana Negara through Gate 2 without speaking to the press.
4.51pm – As Anwar and Muhyiddin have their audience with the Agong, the crowd and FRU police officers outside Istana Negara have doubled in size.
4.11pm – PH chairman Anwar has entered Istana Negara. His arrival was greeted by loud hails of “Reformasi” from his supporters camped outside here.
