Malaysiakini : GE15 | Ismail Sabri Yaakob said he has no disputes with Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and the pair are on good terms. According to Bernama, the caretaker prime minister stressed that there is no split in Umno.
He added that solidarity remained strong and Umno was unaffected by the negative perception created by its political rivals.
After last Saturday’s nomination process, the Umno vice-president reaffirmed that he is still BN’s prime minister candidate.
"I am still the poster boy and prime minister candidate…
"So
far, there has been no decision from the Umno supreme council saying
otherwise, and recently more than 156 out of 190 Umno divisions passed a
motion to support me as the prime minister candidate,” he told
reporters.
Ismail Sabri was responding to speculation that Zahid
would become the prime minister if BN won the polls and that candidates
were asked to ink a letter of undertaking to support this.

You must be dreaming that after all your allies were compromised or subdued,you expect the top position to be yours
You must be naive or a complete fool to think that the top position will be yours if Umno wins.
Gotcha : We need someone with calibre, integrity, qualified and sincere to lead this country. The someone must be able communicate well in English to draw investors.
