Malaysiakini : Similar to contesting candidates from opposition parties who
have declared their assets, Perak Barisan Nasional (BN) chairperson
Saarani Mohamad said it wouldnāt be a problem for him to make such a
public declaration.
However, Saaranipointed out that the declaration of assets is not made necessary by the Election Commission.āNot
a problem (to declare assets). Weāre not that rich. If compared to
Rafizi (Ramli), Iām way poorer. If you compare me with Nga Kor Ming or
Ngeh Koo Ham, Iām still poorer,ā quipped the outgoing Perak menteri
besar.
Saarani (above)said this at a press conference after launching the Perak BN manifesto at Taman Permai Meru in Ipoh, Perak, last night.
āTherefore, Iām not worried if itās only to make such declarations. I have no problem with it.ā

assets as of Oct 31 this year, was taken to task where there is a
significant rise in the value of his start-up Invoke Solutions.PKR and PSM have required their candidates contesting in the national polls to declare their assets.

apanama is back : Saarani Mohamad, you declare your assets first. We will decided later whether you are poor or rich. There is no need of 'cakap pusing pusing'. We all know UMNO Baru-BN fellows.
All of you are much richer than what you will declare and 'wayang' as poor fellows.
No more takling here and there, just declare. Rafizi never talk, he just declare it.
DaveChappelle : Saarani, talk is cheap. Action speaks louder than words. No need for you to say you have no problem declaring your assets. Just put your money where your mouth is and declare your assets now!
