Malaysiakini : The dissolution of Parliament in the near term is “inappropriate”, according to PAS. In
a statement today, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang said this is because
the country is focussing on economic recovery and flood season
preparations.
“PAS is of the opinion that the interest of the
nation and the people come first. This includes economic recovery
measures... including Budget 2023 which will be tabled (on Friday),” he
said.
Hadi (above) also indicated that PAS will continue
pursuing ties with both the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition, which
contains Bersatu, and the Muafakat Nasional political pact with Umno.
“PAS will continue discussions and negotiations with all political
parties, NGOs, academics, and community leaders in order to fulfil our
agenda to unite the ummah (Muslim community). “We want to find common ground and avoid facing each other (during elections) in order to defeat Pakatan Harapan,” he said.
Hadi’s
position was starkly different from that of coalition partner Bersatu,
whose president Muhyiddin Yassin described Umno and BN as PN’s “main enemy”. PAS has promised it will decide on its position within the Muafakat pact.
Meerkat : How ah, Hadi? Bersatu got no future but you want to stick with them to enjoy a few more months in government. UMNO is a more serious challenger but they want to kick you out of government now.
You want to work with both but both already said they don't want to work with each other. PH is your real enemy but they will likely win and investigate your RM90m and put you in jail. Talk about having a lot of problems. Like sitting on an any hill. LOL

RR : With more n more people within the other malay based political parties are asking PAS to close shop , it is still waiting to see which malay based party will win GE 15 and then join it for positions. Super strategy but no principles.

PAS cannot see itself stepping out of its race and religious fencing, and it is beginning to see all others as enemies.
Pakatan as can be seen by all, is the only true Malaysian Party, where all three major races have come together, as no other Party. Maybe 50 percent of its members are Malays, so why must PAS or Hadi see them as enemies. If so, it definitely goes against the concept of Muslim brotherhood.
If UMNO decides not to accept PAS into its Coalition Pool, even UMNO will become its next enemy.
The divisive remarks and comments by PAS leaders are dividing and shattering the Constitutional unity of Malaysians.
Somebody has to check on this before it leads to something painfully disastrous for the country.
Kuniyo : PAS is a smaller party with 18 MPs, but always behaved like it is bigger party with 81 MPs. Not hard to imagine what it will do if it does have 81 MPs, just look at Kelantan and Kedah.
Supremacist like Hadi Awang is bad for national interest because they believed that national unity is based on domination of malay/muslim over minority group.
Rather than racist narrative, had you heard Hadi Awang provide solution to climate change, inflation, weaken Ringgit, unemployment, digital gap and other modern day issue?
How PAS will bring us forward in this age of blockchain, artificial intelligence and bio engineering? Tak ada.
PAS will bring us back to age of cow, camel, donkey, horse so they can continued control people with their narrowed outdated narrative. Low education quality is good for them because it is easy to manipulate.
KKKSSS : Come on! Admit you screw up big time. Umno see you as ENEMY and will contest all seats. You think GE in monsoons months who has upper hand? who can mobilize its vast resources to get his supporters to come to vote through floods.
Your east coast power base soon becomes powerless.
To unite you need to get people together. Buses and trains are the choice but you instead go for Alphard Vellfire and Benze which are 6-8 seaters?
