Malaysiakini : The cooperation momentum between Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and BN
should continue in the 15th general election (GE15) to ensure that the
25 parliamentarians from Sabah can champion the state’s interests at the
federal level.
Chief Minister Hajiji Noor, who is also the GRS
chairperson, described GE15 as very important in choosing leaders who
could really champion Sabah. “Sabah as a priority must become a
reality in our struggle as the GE15 is no easy game, but a big feat of
choosing the national leaders to rule the country,” said Hajiji (above), who is also Sabah Bersatu chief and the party’s Tuaran division head.
He was officiating at the Bersatu Tuaran division meeting 2022 at Dewan Seri Sulaman today.

Krabian : Read between the lines. He means they need leaders that champion for their personal interests. That's what BN is highly capable of. That's why Sabah is still rotting despite having great resources.

If there were strong leadership in this both states ...today they be like Penang and Selangor

Mcgreen : These same personalities plus those related to them were governing the state for the last few decades. Looks like they just woke from the sleep. Statements made to please the votes, otherwise it is all about their personal and family interest. Voters must choose their reps wisely
