Malaysiakini : DAP's foray into Malay heartlands continues to expand, with greenhorn
Fatin Zulaikha Zaidi being sent to tackle BN in their Mersing
stronghold.
The 29-year-old holds a degree in politics and
government studies and had interned for Johor Jaya assemblyperson Liow
Cai Tung in 2017 before joining DAP and becoming the latter’s special
officer the next year.
From Oct 2018 to March 2020, Fatin (above) also served as a municipal councillor in Pasir Gudang.
In 2018, 82 percent of voters in Mersing were Malays. The seat has been a BN stronghold since 1986.

Kak Molly : Full support for Fatin. You are certainly not a decorative flower looking at your background. Hope BN will send either BTS or Blackpink to Penang. Last time they send Psy to brighten up the Penangnites. They even ferried the Mak ciks via buses to the rally. But the Penangnites still vote them out.
JLoke : If DAP is true about being a non racist party, they would have fielded a heavy weight Malay to contest instead of having a light weight newbie. All these political stunt show is not going to work.
TTSH : In that case why not field a BN "dead weight" there? You have so many.
NoobMaster69 : Anything DAP do you have things to say. If today field Malay heavy weight you will say send him to die and didn't appreciate their Malay member. All these attack is not going to work here. Why don't UMNO field some heavyweight like Mat Hasan in Seremban to fight Anthony Like?
