apanama is back : Trial judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan mentioned as below when he dismissed the recuse application: High Court judge Zaini explains why he was so late. 

"I couldn't find anyone to write my judgment, hence I had to write my own," he says. Zaini says the documents are not the grounds of judgment prepared by him, and he would not use them in the judgment. "I have done my research. I have written 200 judgments to date, and I wrote all of them," he says. "Many do not realise how difficult my job is. 

I have no prejudice against her. The decision on her case is based on facts and law," he says. "Whatever feelings, we leave it to the door," he says. He then dismisses the application to recuse him. This is an excellent ground. Well done Judge Mohammad Zaini. I salute you!

Justice : The leaked document allegedly of the draft judgment was put up by Raja Petra in his website. Thus, the alleged draft judgment and its contents was either prepared by Raja Petra himself or by person(s) out to discredit our judiciary bcos don't forget there are people who received dedak who until today still very strongly think Najib and Rosmah are innocent. 

And this could include possibly person (s) in the Judicial Dept itself. So the police report lodged and investigation now carried out by the police on the alleged "leak" of the "alleged draft judgment" most probably is to find out the possible existence of such official(s) and their said nefarious actions colluding with Raja Petra putting out what they now alleged was a purported "draft judgment" to discredit our judiciay from within the judicial dept. 

Further, the alleged "draft judgment" only and suddenly surfaced in the website of Raja Petra and also surfaced at the elevent hour when the court is about to deliver its decision. Therefore, its very suspicious and it could be bcos somebody is ectremely worried and may have felt that because of the strong overwhelming evidence of the prosecution and very weak evidence from the defence, its almost likely that there will be a conviction. 

So they dramatise, plotted and colluded to manufacture, produce and then uploaded this socalled "draft judgment" in no other but in their own well paid fugitive social media outlet, Raja Petra's website. If they themselves did not authored this socalled "draft judgment" and if believe it was truly a leaked draft judgment surely they themselves would have lodged a police report on it. 

But they did not and instead uploaded it in fugitive Raja Petra's widesite. This kind of scheme was a systematic set up and shud be understood beginning from how the fugitive Raja Petra went hiding and operating in the UK. So that from there he can safety be an outlet or platform to be used to glorify the party (ies) who paid him and be an attack dog to attack, disparage, demonise and insult all those opposed to them including our agencies and institutions eg our judiciary who tried to oppose, question, investigate, prosecute or convict his said paymasters. 

In other words, this was all designed, a set up for the said objective or purpose. As such, it does not surprise the a little bit discerning with an analytical mind. Its not the last so expect more of these dramas continuing in future from the same fugitive social media platform or outlet. After all, they had openly and arrogantly proclaimed it: Cash is king! But just that they forgot: Kings, emperors and even empires had and can still crumbles. And now we are witnessing their empire crumbling one by one. God is great.
