Rudyard Kipling"
āWhen you're left wounded on Afganistan's plains and
the women come out to cut up what remains, Just roll to your rifle
and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldierā
General Douglas MacArthur"
āWe are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.ā
āIt is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.ā āOld soldiers never die; they just fade away.
āThe soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and be the deepest wounds and scars of war.ā
āMay God have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't .ā āThe object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.
āNobody ever defended, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.
āIt is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.
The Soldier stood and faced God
Which must always come to pass
He hoped his shoes were shining
Just as bright as his brass
"Step forward you Soldier,
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My Church have you been true?"
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't
Because those of us who carry guns
Can't always be a saint."
I've had to work on Sundays
And at times my talk was tough,
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny
That wasn't mine to keep.
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep,
The Soldier squared his shoulders and said
And I never passed a cry for help
Though at times I shook with fear,
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here,
Lord, It needn't be so grand,
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't, I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod
As the Soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, you Soldier,
You've borne your burden well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in Hell."
Khairy: Najib's medication same formula, different shape By Alena Nadia
Wednesday, September 14, 2022
When are the Malaysian people going to see him in this suit????
Just so that readers know, all of us, the people, get generic medication. More so the Veterans who are disabled and have debilitating diseases as they age and from injuries acquired during the long insurgency fighting the enemies of this country. We have been screwed, are being screwed and looking at things will be screwed too in the future, after sacrificing life, blood and limb for this country.
What has Najib done for this country and people, he has truly screwed them and they still fall for his shit. Wake up people and smell the shit. Mandela???? Don't make my balls laugh, Nelson Mandela spent over 27 years being imprisoned. Jibby hardly a month is already being a pussy!!! Here you are :
South Africaās Cape Town boasts stunning views of the notorious
Robben Island from across the deep blue, shark-infested waters where the
Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. But the breathtaking sights belie the sheer horrors of the islandās grim past.
The maximum security prison located on the island, almost 6 miles
from the mainland, is where thousands of political prisoners, including
Nelson Mandela, were held captive, tortured or killed during the
apartheid era.
Inmates endured regular beatings and extreme torture at the hands of
sadistic guards whose tactics went largely unchecked. Black prisoners
were subjected to the worst treatment in what has been referred to as
āthe Alcatraz of South Africaā, according to former inmate Sipho Msomi.
Msomi, who spoke to news.com.au on Robben Island, was one of six
young organizers for the African National Congress (ANC) arrested as a
group for fighting apartheid in 1984. Read it all here.........
Can you even imagine Najib squealing when he is being beaten, hoi, fake Mandela!! So what is wrong with generic drugs? If it is good enough for soldiers and veterans, it should be frigging good enough for a massive fraudster and a thief!!!
Malaysiakini : Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razakās blood pressure medication
was not changed as he was given generic medication by the Kuala Lumpur
Hospital (HKL) that was made of the same formula as the medication he
had previously been taking.
Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin told
a press conference today that a statement alleging Najibās medication
had been changed did not properly present the full picture. āHe
used to purchase his medication from a private hospital. When he was
admitted to HKL, we gave him medication that government hospitals give.
āThe medicine is the same, the formula is the same. The shape is just generic,ā said the Rembau MP.
ipoh pp : I was prescribed Micardis 80 mg for my pressure 20 years ago. This was not a generic drug. The hospitals then were well stocked with non generic drugs then. However 10 years ago they cut back on original drugs and started prescribing generic. Cutting corners cause of the reduced budget for hospitals. I was prescribed "Teleact 80 mg"
This is a generic drug. Have been taking it since then. Working well & keeps my pressure at 120/76. No ulcers or bleeding etc. I am 79 now.
All this Sandiwara by NR & Co is mere BS. Just to get out of his prison, be in hospital for a better resting place and enjoy the comforts.
Once again this convicted felon is trying to take the public for a ride. No remorse at all that he stole from us. For what he has done to the nation he should be locked up and the keys thrown away.
IQ900 : Whenever a politician goes to court for trial, now going to jail, always ended up sick somehow. Don't know why ? When they are not in court for trial, they are like tigers, full of vigour and energy, go around campaigning, attending gatherings and functions, screwing and going overseas for holidays. Shame on them !!!!
OrangeJaguar9341 : Very clear, professionally presented explanation from KJ. Enough with the fake stories and false narratives and lies that are being spun.
Vijay47 : As Mr. Jagjit QC may say, the details of Najib Razakās medical conditions are reaching unprecedented proportions of ridiculousness. So now the latest is that it looks like me, sounds like me, but it is not Panadol. At this junction, we can turn left or right and I would be inclined to go with Khairy Jamaluddin.
Are we to believe that none of the countless specialists attending to Najib Razak bothered to inform Lady Nooryana Najib of Harley Street, London, that the drug given by GHKL to Prince Najib is the same as he was previously treated with, except that it was generic and not original?
Of course Dr. Nooryana FRCP would retort that her fatherās gentle birth would not allow him to settle for generics, just like her mother would insist on the original Hermes and not the Chow Kit version.
Some may argue that generics no standard one.
But surely there are regimes in place to ensure that all drugs and medicines that hit the market are safe for human consumption or use? Otherwise, people would be keeling over in the hundreds each day, victims of public hospital generosity. That certainly cannot be so ā Iām still alive!
All this concern for Najib Razakās wellbeing is well and good, but tell me, Ismail Sabri, what are you going to tell the family of the person who died in police custody yesterday?
VioletCarp8218 : Norvasc by Pfiser ( maybe, a typical medicine prescribed by pvt hospital) versus Amlodipine by Hovid ( local Msian made and given in govt hospitals), rm90 versus rm8? Both has the same ingredients, used to treat high blood pressure, like Panadol VS Paracetamol used to treat headache.
To his dumb daughter, the medicine has been changed? Again, a testimony of how the rich (like her) are ignorant of the medicine "most" Msian use.
If we replace her BMW with MyVi, she will scream she has been given a bicycle?
OCT : NR is trying very hard to be admitted into the royal suite at IJN. Just like Agong. The facilities and attention will be like a 6* hospitality service suite. He thinks normal standard facilities and services are not up to the standard for a Dato Seri.
He forgets he is a prisoner now but demands respect and services befitted as a ex PM. This is the problem when NR still thinks too highly for himself. If possible, it is not surprising that NR will get his lawyers to request the government to send NR to overseas for specialist treatment.
All the 8 years as PM and 4 years as ex PM, NR has not gone on any medical leave. He was so energetic from campaigning, giving speeches, ceramah, globe trotting to living his life to the fullest. He was a hard workerholic. It is very strange that undue stress from inactivity has created health problems for him. This is a self induced problem.
Phobia of being in prison which never crossed his mind becomes a reality. NR must face reality that prison life is here to stay. NR needs to get used to it. Rakyat can expect more health problems from NR as time goes by. NR can be expected to spend more time in hospital than in jail.
