GE15: MCA hopes to contest all Gerakan seats in Penang

Malaysiakini : MCA has expressed its interest to contest all parliamentary seats
previously contested by Gerakan in Penang in the upcoming 15th general
election (GE15), said its president Wee Ka Siong.
He added that
the party wishes to contest the seats left by Gerakan, which are not
currently under BN, as the constituencies have many Chinese voters. “Logically,
we will take over. If not all, most of the seats that were contested by
Gerakan, because those areas have a high density of Chinese voters," he
told reporters in George Town yesterday.
Earlier, Wee along with
MCA deputy president Mah Hang Soon and Penang MCA chairperson Tan Teik
Cheng launched the Bayan Baru Parliament and Pantai Jerejak state
constituency MCA Operations Room.
BR : Penang voters must remember MCA destroyed the heritage ferries when they formed the backdoor federal government in spite of federal funds allocated by PH .
Together with Gerakan Koh , they turned a vibrant Penang which is the credit of Tun Lim Chong Eu to a washout corrupted regime with Umno. Penang voters came out strong in 2008 to save Penang by voting PH. Penang Lang dont forget that easily
William Tell : MCA wasting time in Penang. What plans do you have for Penang? At least the Gerakan did something. You MCA guys are no longer relevant to Penang.
GreenCheetah0027 : Mr Wee, in addition to talking about election seats, the much more fundamental issues for MCA to address are :
1. Is the purpose of MCA in standing for general election to serve the rakyat and the country?
2. If yes, what is MCA's vision for the country? And HOW will MCA realise this vision for the country?
3. If MCA struggles to answer question (1) with a "yes", then the leaders and members should seriously reconsider the party's existence in politics.
There are more meaningful things for the party and members to do compare with doing something that MCA doesn't believe in.
Do some party soul searching instead of planning election seats.
MaluBanyakBossku : Hahahahaha WE Penangities Voters will really make sure that not a single candidate from corrupt MCA and BN will be voted in.
How can WE Penangities vote corrupt MCA when one vote to corrupt MCA mean one vote to corrupt, abusive and dictatorial UMNO and BN. WE Penangities Voters also remember not to vote for backdoor PN because one vote to PN means one vote to racist and religious extremist PAS.

As Gerakan@Gelakan had been kicked out long time back by Penangites, MCA will be flushed down and kick out.

Whatever weaknesses DAP has, the people of Penang just cannot accept the corrupt Umno leaders and the racist PAS leaders.
