Idris Ahmad has sent out a reminder to certain quarters to stop
insulting Islam as such issues are very sensitive.

IndigoCamel7131 : Corrupt Muslim politicians bring insults to Islam. Lust minded Lebai’s brings shame to Islam. Lying Muslim politicians disgraces Islam. There is no room for non Muslims to insult Islam as Muslims are fighting over one another to be the champion to mock Islam.
OCT : Don't ever use the statement that Muslims don't insult other religions especially from politicians. Other religions have been insulted by Muslims and they get away without any incident. Take the example of ZN and the converted Chinese man who have been openly insulted other religions and no actions were taken against them.
On the other hand, when a non Muslim made a mistake about Islam, he/she is immediately investigated and placed under lock up for his/her protection. In Malaysia, they don't believe Confucian saying if don't do on others when you don't want others don't do upon you. Other religions are more tolerant and accomodating.
When one believes his own religion is true and right, no insult can shake your belief. It's no use to be over protective and sensitive as it causes more harm than good. A good religion can stand all the insults and curses. Nobody should get agitated over an insult. When an insult is thrown, it will bounce back to the person who throws it. Peace of mind is the root of all religions.
