Malalaysiakini : Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob and former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad will be addressing the 27th International Conference on the Future of Asia on May 25 and May 26 respectively.
This is Ismail Sabri's first appearance at the conference, better known as the Nikkei conference, as it is organised annually by the eponymous Japanese business media giant.
On the other hand, Mahathir, 96, has made regular appearances since the inaugural Nikkei conference in 1995.
This year's conference is themed "Redefining Asia’s role in a divided world".
