chairperson of the government’s public transportation company Prasarana following remarks deemed insensitive in the aftermath of an LRT
collision in Kuala Lumpur which left dozens of passengers injured.
Malaysiakini : Batu Kawan MP Kasthuri Patto :“Surely, there has to be some merit to a person who will be the face of Malaysia in Indonesia, carrying government policies, positions and standards as the window to the wealth that Malaysia can offer.
“Does Tajuddin have what it takes as a Malaysian ambassador to Indonesia?” Kasthuri asked.
OCT : It takes years in training and on diplomatic ethics before a person can become a diplomat. A diplomat represents the pride of the nation. This person must have an impeccable and outstanding record in character. Tajuddin doesn't seem to fit this basic requirements. In Malaysia, the Govt throws out the basic requirements for cabinet posts and Head of GLC. All it needs is the person must be UMNO division head and support PM.
All other matters like qualifications and experience are not necessarily. No wonder the whole country is in a mess with incompetent, unqualified and inexperienced people including PM running the country. These politicians are not there today make Malaysia great but to enrich themselves and stay in power forever.
A beautiful and prosperous country destroyed by corruption and bad manpower. Picking Tajuddin as ambassador to Indonesia has shown that Malaysia has no talented and good people but rubbish and tainted pool of resources. PM has no shame to protect the image and integrity of Malaysia.
