Seorang pengetua sebuah sekolah menengah agama di Machang didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Kota Bharu hari ini atas pertuduhan berkaitan rogol, menyentuh tubuh dan kemaluan serta melakukan seks oral bersama seorang pelajarnya.
Mazlelee Mustafa, 45, yang didakwa dengan enam pertuduhan bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah selepas semua pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan Hakim, Ahmad Bazli Baharuddin.
Mengikut pertuduhan pertama, dia didakwa dengan maksud seksual telah menyentuh badan seorang kanak-kanak berumur 14 tahun 3 bulan di pejabatnya pada 26 Januari 2018 lebih kurang 10.00 pagi.
Pertuduhan di bawah Seksyen 14 (a) Akta Kesalahan-Kesalahan Seksual Terhadap Kanak-Kanak 2017 dan boleh dihukum di bawah Seksyen 14 Akta sama dibaca bersama Seksyen 16 Akta sama.
Bagi pertuduhan kedua, tertuduh didakwa telah merogol pelajar terbabit pada tarikh, masa dan tempat sama.
Kali ini dia didakwa mengikut seksyen 376(1) Kanun Keseksaan yang memperuntukkan hukuman penjara maksimum 20 tahun dan sebat jika disabit kesalahan.
Pertuduhan ketiga pula, dia didakwa merogol pelajar itu yang ketika kejadian berumur 15 tahun 4 bulan pada 23 Februari 2019 lebih kurang jam 10 pagi di pejabat sama.
Seterusnya, bagi pertuduhan keempat, tertuduh didakwa dengan maksud seksual telah menyebabkan seorang kanak-kanak berumur 16 tahun 4 bulan menghisap kemaluannya.
Dia didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu di dalam sebuah kereta di tepi jalan Kuala Krai-Machang lebih kurang 9.30 malam sehingga 11.30 malam pada 22 Februari 2020.
