My response to Urban Republic was this on Facebook : It's also your service, when I complained to you, the guy said, don't get angry, it was only 3 days in use, shouldn't you guys too, take responsibility for selling to me a defective device? To have it changed. at your store? You are responsible for a defective device too and pissing me off! Don't pass the buck. Your reply is an exercise in public relations, diverting the public from your bad service.
Since you said you will contact Huawei, could you copy me the complaint at dswami@gmail.com and I hope to get Huawei's response. If this is a public relations exercise, your efforts would be futile and plainly foolish to cover up your bad service and incompetence. This is not the end, as a customer I have the right to demand this, after all, you sold me a defective device. So if you are really serious copy me the letter you sent to Huawei, the arrogant pricks in Huawei, have yet to reply to me, as I had contacted them earlier.
