I replied to them, " You are responsible for a defective device too and pissing me off! Don't pass the buck. Your reply is an exercise in public relations, diverting the public from your bad service".Since you said you will contact Huawei, could you copy me the complaint at dswami@gmail.com and I hope to get Huawei's response. Well so far nothing the letter to Huawei, zilch, nadda ellai, boh!
Then this happened on Facebook. A miracle when I was complaining to my friend Urban Republic replied to him, amazing ain't it, I got screwed, instead of coming back to me, it responded to my friend. My friend : I am very eager to see how far Urban Republic will go to help their customer. Hmm... Me : Actually I don't think they care a flying fuck!
Urban Republic : Urban Republic to my friend: replacement has been done.
Me : Urban Republic, you didn't do that, I had to run around. You refused to replace, I had to run to the D Garden. I bought the device at your place, you asked me not to get angry for a piece of shit you sold me. That's rich, you claiming credit for the shit you didn't do!!
By the way I am still waiting for the email,you, claimed you would contact that Chicom outfit, Huawei. Urban Republic to me : A replacement has been given to you. Hope you will like your Huawei product again.
Me : Like I said, you didn't care a flying F, when I asked for a replacement, why so nice now? In fact I was willing to top up for a replacement, for another phone. Your guy just didn't bother, guess customers are there for you to pull a knife from ear to ear. You want me to enjoy a piece of shit, after screwing me around, that Commie Shit? Think again!!! You didn't even bother to contact me, on what I wanted.
So at the end of it Urban Republic mocks me by saying, "A replacement has been given to you. Hope you will like your Huawei product again".
Any phone that dies on you after 3 days of purchasing it, getting a replacement on your own steam after paying RM2799/xx, they still want you to enjoy a brand name that went kaput after 3 days. So that is how Urban Republic treats its customers after screwing them. This is not the end of it.
