Rudyard Kipling"
“When you're left wounded on Afganistan's plains and
the women come out to cut up what remains, Just roll to your rifle
and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier”
General Douglas MacArthur"
“We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”
“It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.” “Old soldiers never die; they just fade away.
“The soldier, above all other people, prays for peace, for he must suffer and be the deepest wounds and scars of war.”
“May God have mercy upon my enemies, because I won't .” “The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.
“Nobody ever defended, there is only attack and attack and attack some more.
“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.
The Soldier stood and faced God
Which must always come to pass
He hoped his shoes were shining
Just as bright as his brass
"Step forward you Soldier,
How shall I deal with you?
Have you always turned the other cheek?
To My Church have you been true?"
"No, Lord, I guess I ain't
Because those of us who carry guns
Can't always be a saint."
I've had to work on Sundays
And at times my talk was tough,
And sometimes I've been violent,
Because the world is awfully rough.
But, I never took a penny
That wasn't mine to keep.
Though I worked a lot of overtime
When the bills got just too steep,
The Soldier squared his shoulders and said
And I never passed a cry for help
Though at times I shook with fear,
And sometimes, God forgive me,
I've wept unmanly tears.
I know I don't deserve a place
Among the people here.
They never wanted me around
Except to calm their fears.
If you've a place for me here,
Lord, It needn't be so grand,
I never expected or had too much,
But if you don't, I'll understand."
There was silence all around the throne
Where the saints had often trod
As the Soldier waited quietly,
For the judgment of his God.
"Step forward now, you Soldier,
You've borne your burden well.
Walk peacefully on Heaven's streets,
You've done your time in Hell."
The MCA and the Star are morally bankrupt, when they start the spin by saying "Chua – highly experienced". Hello, when you have immoral leaders, we are Asians remember, we are not like big "Frog Sarkozy" as in France. When you have immoral leaders bankrupt of morality and then try to spin it, that is propaganda. That is why we are on a slide down the shit hole. When you cheat on your wife and children who are your so called loved ones, how about us the "Rakyat", this guy , the MCA and the Star will not have qualms screwing us, as we do not have an ars* h*le relationship. Yeah, highly experienced cheating on his family. He is not fit to lead. Do not measure him against the Western Leaders, as our politicians have a third world mentality. Most of us do not hold him in high regard. The Star conveniently forgot to mention the screw ups, one of the most recent being the baby who lost her armHe should be attending moral classes in school. He should have kept it in his pants. A CHEAT is a CHEAT, Period! Yeah, I have a holier than thou attitude. Lim Kit Siang has advice for a "Father Crab", who advises his compatriots to keep their pants zipped. Here is the vomit inducing spin from the Star :
Wednesday January 2, 2008 Chua -highly experienced PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek is regarded as a highly experienced leader at both Federal and state levels. The 60-year-old no-nonsense minister is known for being outspoken and his hands-on work at the Health Ministry. Dr Chua has made several positive changes to the Health Ministry since he assumed the Cabinet post. One of the changes he made when assuming the post in 2004, was to direct all district-level hospital directors and health officers to do clinical work. Other changes he instituted were:
CUTTING down the waiting time at government hospitals from some three hours to 90 minutes; SEPARATE counters to serve patients with chronic diseases, the disabled and senior citizens; EXTENDING operating hours of selected health clinics; RAISING the salary of clinical specialists by RM1,900; EXTENDING housemanship training from one year to two years beginning this year to ensure housemen receive adequate training and clinical experience, and are competent to practise; IMPLEMENT the harm reduction programme, consisting of methadone maintenance therapy and the needle and syringe exchange programme, carried out to curb HIV infection among injecting drug users; and GETTING pig farmers to sign a loyalty pledge to not use illegal substances, including beta agonist, on their livestock. He also worked on moves to cut down red tape when poor Malaysians applied for financial help through the ministry’s Medical Aid Fund.
Dr Chua is also a strong proponent for Malaysians to healthy living. He promoted the campaign that focused healthy eating, exercise and physical activity, no smoking, coping with stress and giving up alcohol. He took it a step further by zooming in on fast food last year, when he called for measures such as banning fast-food companies from sponsoring television shows for children or advertising on children’s programmes, and requiring the operators to display nutritional contents on visible areas such as wrappers and displays. Dr Chua set up his medical practice in 1977 after serving as a medical officer at the Batu Pahat Hospital. He sold the clinic in 1990 to pursue a full-time career in politics. He has been Labis MP since March 2004 and an MCA vice-president since April 2005. Dr Chua has been Johor MCA state liaison committee chairman since May 2003 and Batu Pahat MCA division chairman since 1986. He is married to Datin Seri Wong Sek Hin. The Star
